Carrie Mayers
Carrie is the Founder & CEO of C3 and has been working as an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator for 30+ years. She began her career in sales, sales management, and training. In 1992 she began C3 with the aim of enhancing working environments for individuals and teams. Over the years Carrie has worked across industries including real estate, property management, healthcare, construction, legal, sports, banking, tech, and more.
Carrie is passionate about helping individuals and teams become the best version of themselves!

Sam Mayers
Sam is the VP of Business Development and Partner at C3. She was previously a Technology Consultant at PwC and led various Salesforce implementation projects for high profile medical sales and wealth management firms. She spent time as both a Functional and Change Management lead aiding in all facets of an engagement. Sam served as the point person for C Suite executives and was responsible for maintaining strong client relationships. She also helped build and run the new hire onboarding program for the Salesforce practice.
Sam is passionate about client relationship management, onboarding, and team building!
